About BMH-BJ
A historic, multi-generational community committed to Torah, prayer, and acts of loving-kindness.
Congregation BMH-BJ is a vibrant, modern Orthodox synagogue in the heart of Denver, Colorado. With a rich history stretching back over a century, we are a warm and welcoming community that embraces tradition while engaging with the modern world. Our members come from diverse backgrounds, creating a unique and dynamic tapestry of Jewish life.
Our vision is to be a spiritual home where every individual feels a deep sense of belonging and connection—to God, to Torah, and to one another. We strive to be a center for meaningful prayer, lifelong learning, and dedicated community service, inspiring our members to live rich and committed Jewish lives.
Our Core Pillars
Our services are filled with song, spirit, and participation. We host daily minyanim and vibrant Shabbat and holiday services that are the cornerstone of our communal life.
From our preschool to adult education classes, we foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and Torah study for all ages. Join our lectures, shiurim, and chevruta learning.
We provide engaging and meaningful experiences for children, teens, and families, building the next generation of Jewish leaders through our schools, youth groups, and family programs.
Acts of loving-kindness are central to our identity. Our community supports one another in times of need and works together to serve the broader Denver community.
